Ever since I was a child I have been active & healthy. During school I was always involved in sports and as an adult I practised Martial Arts and became a qualified Personal Trainer. Through my experiences and learning I know that keeping healthy is vital for ourselves and our families. Although I no longer work as a Personal Trainer because of family and business commitments I would like to share my information with you.
When we become parents one of the best things that we can pass on to our children is a healthy lifestyle. Children who have a healthy lifestyle embrace sport and exercise, maintain a healthier body weight, enjoy nutritious food and are more confident in their own physical appearance. On the other hand, children who do not have a healthy lifestyle are more likely to be overweight and suffer from poor self esteem.
We are the biggest role model that our children will ever have, so if we want our children to follow a healthy lifestyle then we should make that they can follow in our footsteps. You can't exactly eat chips everyday and expect your children to eat salads, it just won't happen.
